This text was published in 2006 and will be up on UNESCO’s website

wished to make it available to as much people as soon as possible, and
decided to put the PDF file on our website for the time being.

This is approved by the author Ray Edmondson (ARCHIVE ASSOCIATES Pty Ltd), UNESCO, and Broadcast Programming Center of Japan, the translator. If you lost your way in the film preservation world, please consult this text. It will undoubtedly be the best guide.
